Project Management Services during construction covers services related to pre-construction, construction and at times post construction activities for a project taken up for execution. We have been one of the preferred consultants for the Project Management Services by the clients especially by the government departments for various ongoing schemes. The activities generally involved are review of designs/drawings, work program, QA/QC plan, quality monitoring, progress review, payment certification, contract management and administration etc.
